Company Profile       Hi, I am Karen Corey, resident of Wake Forest, North Carolina and owner of CoreyEnterprises.com.  I am a mother of two sons and grandmother of two grandsons, with one on the way.  My oldest son is married with his two sons living in North Carolina.  My youngest son is in active duty, Navy, married, and currently stationed in North Carolina.  I own my own home and am an avid gardener of flowers, herbs, and vegetables.  I was born in New Jersey and at age 12 moved to Pennsylvania on a 100-acre farm with my parents, sister and brother.  There I grew up blessed to have horses, which I bred, trained and showed them in 4H and AHSA shows.  After of which I went on to receive an Associate Degree in Physical Education/Human Sciences as a Equestrian Major and Music Minor from Cazenovia College, Cazenovia, New York.  I then returned to Pennsylvania and got married, had two sons and divorced.  All the while showing horses, teaching piano/vocal lessons and taking on different jobs.  As a single mother with a total absentee father by all degrees, I supported my family by various means, soon realizing my entrepreneurial spirit fit beautifully with my complete resolve to being a mother first.  This allowed me to explore many different avenues to make money and be flexible.  In 1991, I moved my family to Raleigh, North Carolina to live with my mother, who still resides today in Raleigh.  I started my business during this time called Corey Cosmetics.  I became a Licensed Manicurist, studied Reflexology, Aromatherapy, the Holistic Arts, sold essential and massage oils, made my own products to sell and started growing herbs for teas and tinctures. I then became a Fitness/Nutrition Specialist focusing on helping my clients become healthy naturally.    Though I’ve always managed to get side jobs like waitressing, bartending, piano/vocal bookings and I am also a professional Makeup Artist with a repertoire of high profile jobs and celebrities for NBC-17 WNCN, Hardees, the late Dave Thomas, The Eagles to name a few.  In 1998, after buying my home in Wake Forest, I got licensed to sell Manufactured Homes, later became a licensed Loan Officer, achieved Directorship with PrePaidLegal, and in 2000 started my flyer delivery business – Corey’s Referrals.  With all this being said, my life’s journey has been so blessed by trusting in God to provide for my sons and me with one objective in mind, to be a good MOM.  Now that they are grown, I realize my greatest talent is really networking and marketing.  In 2005, I decided to streamline my talents under one umbrella, CoreyEnterprises.com and take things to the internet.  As a business marketer, I have learned much about the ins and outs of this massive information highway and have a goal to utilize the internet’s networking capabilities for businesses safely and with the highest integrity.                     My favorite quote:  The Golden Rule - Matt 7:12                                                                    Thank you.
